- Several ideas are competing for attention and nobody has agreed which matter most.
- Recurring manual work and fragmented information are slowing the business down.
- There is pressure to show where technology investment will genuinely help.
A prioritised view of where to invest and why — with the reasons and assumptions made explicit, and an actionable next step.
What is included
- Agree the business objectives and review boundary, then interview key stakeholders and examine representative processes, systems and data.
- Establish indicative baselines for effort, delay, rework or commercial performance, separating cash savings, released capacity and potential revenue.
- Consider process changes, existing software, automation and AI, and assess likely value, dependencies, adoption effort and delivery risk.
- Prioritise the strongest opportunities and recommend a practical sequence of investment.
What you receive
- An opportunity register and a ranked shortlist
- Indicative business cases with their assumptions
- An initial view of data and system readiness
- A recommended roadmap
- A closing workshop to agree what to pursue, defer or stop
Scope and boundaries
- A fixed-fee engagement, typically two weeks, covering an agreed set of functions, stakeholders, processes and sample data.
- A wider organisation may need several bounded assessments.
- Indicative implementation ranges are given where evidence permits. Detailed design, exhaustive data audits and a committed build price belong in Solution Discovery & Design.
- A recommendation to improve a process or use existing software can be the right result.
