Build & Delivery
Put the agreed solution into operation and help people use it.
For clients ready to implement a defined solution. Barrington owns the client-facing delivery and coordinates the engineering team, bringing in specialist AI, data, integration and software engineering as required.
A dedicated hour with an experienced advisor. It commits you to nothing further.
- 01 AssessOpportunity AssessmentFind where AI, automation and better use of data could make a worthwhile difference. Leave with clear priorities and a practical next step.Fixed fee · typically two weeks
- 02 DiscoverSolution Discovery & DesignDefine the problem, design the solution and understand what delivery will involve before committing to a build.Fixed fee · leads to a costed proposal

- 04 ImproveOperate & ImproveKeep your solution dependable and develop it as your business needs change, with clear support and improvement responsibilities.Ongoing support, scoped to your needs
- You have an approved need, a sufficiently defined solution and funding to deliver it.
- You have existing discovery or a specification and need a partner to take it into operation.
- You need one accountable lead across business priorities and engineering decisions.
A tested solution released into operation, with a supported handover and clear ownership.
What is included
- Mobilise a named engagement lead and the required engineering capability; confirm the delivery baseline, responsibilities and decision cadence.
- Build and integrate in increments, with regular demonstrations and controlled decisions about scope.
- Test functionality, access, data handling and operational behaviour. For AI features, evaluate performance on representative tasks and design appropriate human oversight.
- Complete user acceptance, prepare the release and train the people who will use and own the solution.
- Deploy, stabilise and hand over documentation, monitoring, support responsibilities and the route for future changes.
What you receive
- The agreed working solution and its integrations
- Relevant test and acceptance evidence
- Release and rollback arrangements
- User guidance and operational documentation
- A handover to your team or an agreed ongoing service, with a defined stabilisation period
Scope and boundaries
- Where you bring existing discovery, we review it and resolve gaps before committing to the build scope.
- We commit to fixed pricing only after sufficient discovery. Where uncertainty remains, the work is phased or capped with review points.
- The proposal states which data migration, integrations, environments, licences, training and support are included.
- Business benefits are measured after release against the agreed baseline; technical release alone does not establish them.
Three steps to a decision
- Step 01
Agreement on the solution, its owner and what needs to improve for the investment to be worthwhile.
- Step 02
A review of existing discovery, design and acceptance criteria, closing any gaps.
- Step 03
A delivery proposal with milestones, assumptions and change control.
From real engagements
