We discuss an indicative budget before you commission discovery, so affordability is checked early. The one-hour advisory session is separate: a fixed-fee first step that commits you to nothing further.

When discovery has defined the work, a fixed price for the build, with milestones, agreed acceptance criteria and a clear process for changes.
